This is a placeholder version of the LocalFlow Services Terms of Service. The final terms will be reviewed and posted before any paid customers are onboarded.
1. Overview
By using LocalFlow Services (operating at localflowservices.net), you agree to these terms. LocalFlow Services provides managed website services for local businesses.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use LocalFlow Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that would harm LocalFlow Services or other users.
4. Service availability
We aim for reliable hosting but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We do not guarantee any specific Google ranking, lead volume, or business outcome.
5. Fees and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly with a one-time setup fee. You can cancel at any time. See the Managed Website Agreement for details on what happens at cancellation.
6. Changes
We may update these terms over time. Continued use of LocalFlow Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
