How service fees are calculated
Custom additions start with a $200 service setup fee. We add the item price (per quantity), the location price (per location), apply a complexity multiplier, and adjust if needed.
Service Quote Total = $200 service setup fee + item base price × quantity + location fee × location count × complexity multiplier + rush fee + admin adjustment

How it works
- 1. Submit a service request from your client dashboard.
- 2. LocalFlow reviews it and either marks it Included in Plan or sends a quote.
- 3. You approve the quote. We start the work.
- 4. Billing for approved service fees is handled separately — no surprise charges.

Common pricing questions
What does "included" mean?
Included means the work is already paid for inside your monthly plan or setup fee. It does not mean free. Anything outside your plan scope is quoted as a service fee before we start.
What's the setup fee for?
It covers the initial build: gathering your content, configuring your template, setting up your forms, and getting your site ready to launch.
How are extra requests priced?
Custom work starts with a $200 service setup fee plus item price × quantity, location pricing, and a complexity multiplier (Simple 1.0×, Standard 1.5×, Advanced 2.0×). We quote before starting.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel anytime. Your business content, photos, and leads stay yours. The website platform and templates stay with LocalFlow.
