What you own

Your business name, content, logo, photos, customer data, and any leads that come in through your website all belong to your business. We don't sell or share this data.

What LocalFlow manages

The website platform itself — templates, reusable components, design system, hosting workflow, the managed service implementation, and the ongoing support that keeps your site working — is owned and managed by LocalFlow Services. Your service plan grants you the right to use it while your subscription is active.

No guarantees on outcomes

We build clean, mobile-first websites with a solid local SEO foundation, but we don't guarantee any specific Google ranking, lead volume, or business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside any website.

Buyout or transfer

If you ever want to take the full website system off our platform, we can quote a one-time buyout or transfer. This is separate from the monthly managed service.

Pausing and cancelling

You can cancel anytime. We can pause service for non-payment after giving you notice. Your business content and leads remain yours either way.
