Managed Website Agreement
This is a placeholder version of the LocalFlow Services Managed Website Agreement. It's written in plain English so business owners can read it before any paperwork. The final agreement will be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before live use.

- 2You pay a monthly fee for a managed website service.
- 3Your monthly plan includes a defined level of website work. "Included" means the work is prepaid inside your plan or setup fee — not that it is free.
- 4Work outside your plan scope (extra pages, extra locations, custom sections, major edits, rush work, special forms, etc.) is quoted as a service fee before we start — no surprise charges.
- 5You own your business content, logo, photos, customer data, and leads.
- 6LocalFlow Services owns the templates, platform, reusable components, system, and managed implementation unless a separate buyout or transfer agreement exists.
- 7No guaranteed Google ranking, no guaranteed lead volume, no fake reviews or business claims.
- 8Service can be paused for non-payment after notice.
- 9Cancellation terms apply — your business content and leads remain yours.
- 10A buyout or transfer of the website system can be quoted separately.
What you own
Your business name, content, logo, photos, customer data, and any leads that come in through your website all belong to your business. We don't sell or share this data.
Included does not mean free
Your monthly plan and setup fee cover a defined level of website work — that's what we mean by "included." It does not mean unlimited work or free work. Anything outside your plan scope (extra pages, extra locations, custom sections, major edits, special forms, rush work) is quoted as a service fee before we start.
What LocalFlow manages
The website platform itself — templates, reusable components, design system, hosting workflow, the managed service implementation, and the ongoing support that keeps your site working — is owned and managed by LocalFlow Services. Your service plan grants you the right to use it while your subscription is active.
No guarantees on outcomes
We build clean, mobile-first websites with a solid local SEO foundation, but we don't guarantee any specific Google ranking, lead volume, or business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside any website.
Buyout or transfer
If you ever want to take the full website system off our platform, we can quote a one-time buyout or transfer. This is separate from the monthly managed service.
Pausing and cancelling
You can cancel anytime. We can pause service for non-payment after giving you notice. Your business content and leads remain yours either way.
